It’s best to contact a moving company as soon as you know your moving date. Ideally, book 4 to 6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred schedule. However, if you’re moving on short notice, we can accommodate last-minute moves based on availability.

A binding estimate is a fixed price provided after evaluating the items you need to move. This ensures that the total cost of your move won’t change, even if your shipment weighs more or less than initially estimated, as long as no additional services are requested.

During an in-home estimate, our moving consultant will visit your location to assess the volume and weight of your belongings. They will discuss your moving needs, inventory items, and any special considerations to provide an accurate cost estimate.

If you need to add or remove items from your move plan, simply contact us as soon as possible. We’ll adjust your moving plan and provide an updated estimate based on the new information.

If your move date has changed, please notify us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate the new date and adjust your reservation accordingly. Availability may vary, so the sooner you inform us, the better.

We offer a range of packing options, from full-service packing where we pack everything for you, to partial packing if you prefer to handle some items yourself. We also provide quality packing materials if you’d like to pack your belongings independently.

Be sure to inform your utility companies, post office, bank, insurance providers, and any subscriptions of your move. It’s also important to notify family, friends, and your employer about your change of address.

For safety reasons, there are items we cannot transport, including hazardous materials (such as flammable liquids and explosives), perishable food, plants, pets, and any personal documents or valuables. We recommend keeping these items with you during the move.
